7 Milestones to Complete
13 Checklist Items to Review
14 Days Before Semester — Ready, Guaranteed
Deadline: Onboarding requirements are normally due within 45 days of your secured seat deposit — but no matter when you're accepted, you'll be fully Ready for Travel no later than 14 days before your semester starts. If you're accepted with less than 45 days' notice, your Onboarding Guide will condense your milestone dates to hit that same 14-day mark. Select a milestone below to see full details and action items.
Your Onboarding Countdown
Seven milestones. Arrive confident.

Every milestone below is timed from your secured seat deposit and is designed to get you to Dominica healthy, funded, housed, and ready to start strong — with a firm floor of 14 days before your semester begins. You can work on several at once, but each one has its own due date — don't let a single one slide. Text 713-970-1055 if you are experiencing any delays.

Your onboarding checklist. Use the milestones below to plan your next steps. For confirmation of completed items or your personal deadlines, contact your Onboarding Guide.

Your Onboarding Guide will send you your personal, condensed due dates; if you haven't heard from them, text 713-970-1055.
